Cancellation Notice: I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to accommodate other clients and adjust my schedule accordingly. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a fee of (half of your service). This fee helps cover the time reserved for your appointment. 3. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show), you may be charged the full service fee. I understand that emergencies happen, but I appreciate your understanding in this matter. 4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your new preferred time. 5. Reminder Notifications: As a courtesy, I send reminder notifications prior to your appointment.
